We envision a day when families are defined by hope & interaction, not poverty & disability. Saving Asian abandoned, orphaned, destitute, & handicapped children by helping them reach their full potential with holistic care, counseling, therapy, and more.

After being burned over 60% of his body, 12 yr. old Qing Song now has anew lease on life. While cooking for himself (his mother is dead and hisfather in prison), he accidentally overturned hot oil, searing his neck andupper body. An improper surgical procedure in 1997 left Qing Song's bodycovered in ugly scars. His face and arms were pulled down as though he hadno neck. Even his smile was dragged into a frown.
Someone contacted Asian Children's Assistance, a non-profit organizationdedicated to medical and humanitarian aid to orphans, handicapped and poorchildren. ACA brought Qing to their Mainland China, Shenyang office wherehe stayed with a loving staff member before and after his surgery.
Following a time of healing in his home town in Southern China, Qing Songwill return to Shenyang to stay with his new friends for his second andthird reconstructive surgeries. Thank you!
