Neil Hajjar is a young boy battling MECP2 Duplication Syndrome and Moyamoya Disease. Neil requires therapy equipment that will help him build his core strength and balance (most items Neil needs have not been covered by insurance). When Neil required brain surgery at Boston Children's Hospital to help alleviate the strokes associated with his Moyamoya Disease, Hope Strengthens Foundation (HSF) provided his family with support with expenses associated with his care. HSF also covered the cost of therapy treatments and special classes to help improve Neil's core strength and speech.
