Heart to Heart is pleased to partner with the Nettleton Home in Kansas City, which provides a safe and comfortable atmosphere for elderly men and women. A large number of Nettleton's clients do not have family members willing to care for them. David was one of these. He arrived at the Nettleton home with little more than the clothes on his back. Fortunately, Heart to Heart was able to provide t-shirts, personal care items, and over-the-counter medicines for David through our Heart for Home domestic relief program. Heart to Heart is also able to give the Nettleton Home a wide variety of gift items, which they distribute to residents like David on holidays and special occasions. Heart to Heart staff had the opportunity to meet David, who was wearing a t-shirt donated by Heart to Heart and smiling as he talked with a fellow resident in the hallway. His life is better because of the Nettleton Home and the assistance provided by Heart to Heart.
