Riley's story is one of courage, hope, and the incredible difference that pediatric cancer research can make in a child's life.

When Riley was just 10 months old, she began vomiting and was initially diagnosed with a stomach virus. When she became increasingly lethargic and began losing consciousness, her family rushed her to the emergency room. Doctors discovered a large tumor in her brain that had caused a brain bleed, and Riley was immediately transported to another facility for lifesaving surgery.

Riley endured several surgeries and multiple rounds of intensive treatment. Because of the aggressive nature of her cancer, her family was given a very poor prognosis. But her doctors were able to draw on findings from a clinical trial help identify and guide Riley's treatment.

Today, Riley has been classified as No Evidence of Disease (NED).

And Riley is doing what children should do: being silly and feisty, dancing, and loving Minnie Mouse.
