Success Story

Tameka didn’t imagine herself with a career in customer service or retail, but wanted a change from her past jobs in the mental health field.  She enrolled in The Wardrobe’s 12-week Wardrobe Careers internship program to see if retail was right for her. Much to her surprise, she found a job she was not only good at, but also cared about and made her feel needed.  After her internship concluded, we kept her on.  Now she’s managing the program she was once enrolled in as our Program Coordinator in charge of customer service.
