It all started with one simple yet powerful question was asked from one mother to another: "What Can I Do to Help?" When 17-year-old William Olson relapsed with brain cancer after an 18-month remission, a group of moms began to meet in the Olsons' driveway to pray for the family as they faced this tough battle. Our Founder and CEO, Dean Crowe knew she had to do soemthing so she asked William's mom that powerful question. Childhood cancer is the number 1 disease killer of kids in America and everyday 47 kids hear the devastating news that the have cancer. The number one thing parents want to know if their doctors is what are they going to do to make their baby better. Rally exists so taht doctors will having amazing answers to that question. At Rally Foundation, we raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to find better treatments with fewer side effects. We also support families throughout their cancer journey. What sets us apart is that we’re philanthropic seed investors—awarding over $40 million in grants that have generated more than half a billion dollars in additional funding. 24% of Rally-funded projects have advanced to clinical trials. We've also helped secure $317 million from the Department of Defense to make childhood cancer a national priority.
