Brother's Brother Foundation (BBF) is a gift-in-kind non-profit organization that focuses on connecting donated medical, educational, and humanitarian resources with people's needs around the world. Since its founding in 1958, BBF has sent donated materials to those in need in over 146 countries on 5 continents.

BBF works with many faith groups, Rotary clubs, institutions of higher education and local humanitarian organizations around the world to distribute donated materials.

In 2018 BBF sent donated requested medical and humanitarian supplies, pharmaceuticals and textbooks to those in need in 67 countries. These shipments were the equivalent of over 237 tractor trailer loads and had a value over $84,535,000. BBF also provided supplies for a record 363 medical and humanitarian hand-carry trips.

BBF consistently receives four-star ratings from Charity Navigator for efficient financial management and growth and Guidestar's Platinum rating for transparency. Also, the Better Business Bureau gives BBF its "Wise Giving Alliance Standards" seal of approval.
